Strategies and demos will be offered in how to do single, and group portraits, on location, using an environment to tell a story.

On Thursday, September 17 there will be a special session on HDR taught by Rafael Concepcion.  This will cover what images make great HDR, and the camera technique needed to make sure you have the correct source files. After the hardware is complete, Mr. Concepcion will go over the entire HDR process from a software point of view. The afternoon will be spent in the jungle of Anse Chastanet’s  Anse Mamin plantation. Demonstration will be given by the instructor in the art of creating images that move and portrait techniques in the intense, beautiful jungle environment.

Friday September 18 is spent reviewing techniques, critiquing work and discussing business strategies. In the evening, class gathers on the beach for a spectacular “flambo” sunset session, with fires, models and flash lighting with gels.
